The Amateur National Poker League hosts a series of tournaments on a weekly basis at locations throughout each county. Players at each location earn points in hopes of qualifying for our tournament finals and the chance to win large prizes.

Where can I play?
See our online schedule (click here) for a complete schedule of weekly tournaments.

What does it cost to play?
Our play for points venues are totally free to play, but our low stakes venues charge between £1 and £5 to enter, with 100% of the entry cost being returned to the players.

What type of poker do you play?
We play No-Limit Texas Hold'em. You'll be playing between 20 to 40 or more players in a single event. You'll earn points just for playing, more points if you place in the top 16.

Is it legal?
Yes. Check here for more details.

How do I keep track of my points?
By checking our online standings (click here to view the leaderboard), which have the top players listed. Point totals are updated as they are received and entered.

Kevin O`Byrne is top of the national leaderboard, with 146 points. Click here to see the full leaderboards.
